v0.42.0: board-only mode, and live times in the calendar

Next to the full, timetracking, and ticketsystem modes there is now a board mode. Start the server with --mode=board (or APP_MODE=board, or app_mode: "board" in warmdesk.yaml) and time tracking, with its reports and invoices, and the helpdesk are switched off. Their routes, menus, and admin sections are gone, while boards, topics, and chat keep working. The login page shows a "Board only" badge and the browser tab reads "WarmDesk - Board".

While you drag or resize an entry in the calendar, a small popup next to the pointer shows the new start and end time and the duration. When you drag an entry to another day, the date is shown too. The popup follows your time and date format settings and disappears when you release the mouse button.

Download v0.42.0 from the download page or pull the latest release tag. No database migration or configuration change is needed.
